Creativity & Flow

Part of appreciating a Shizen Style is embracing human creativity in connection with nature. Creativity and flow are states of being, and there are things we can do and environments we can set ourselves up in in order to cultivate these states. I have undergone training with Steven Kotler and the Flow Research Collective to study how we can harness flow on command and not leave it up to chance. My approach blends more of an Eastern approach with their Western science based approaches.
